Position Overview
We’re hiring a Marketing & Brand Strategist / Sales Assistant to take the lead on digital marketing efforts and support our sales department. You’ll help shape our brand, generate leads, and ensure a smooth customer experience from first contact to appointment.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain real-world experience. If you already have marketing or sales experience—even better.
Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Strategy
• Take full control of our social media accounts—create, schedule, and manage content
• Develop marketing and branding strategies (with management’s input and approval)
• Launch lead-generation campaigns and report on their performance and statistics
• Design promotional materials for online and in-store use
• Help evolve the brand’s voice, visual identity, and online presence
Sales Support
• Develop database leads
• Respond to and follow up with incoming leads
• Book appointments for the sales team and maintain a smooth schedule
• Answer phones, emails, and messages with professionalism and warmth
• Be honest with customers—if you don’t know something, say so. We value integrity.
• Represent our dealership brand through every interaction
Who We’re Looking For
• Recent graduates in Marketing, Communications, or related fields are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience in marketing, customer service, or sales is a plus
• Tech-savvy and familiar with digital platforms, social media tools, and CRM systems
• Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner
• A customer-first attitude—you’ll be speaking directly with our clientele regularly
• Knowledge of vehicles is an asset, but not a requirement
• A portfolio (past marketing work, school projects, or creative mock-ups accepted) is considered an asset, and knowledge of META / Business Suite, TikTok, Instagram and other social media platforms
