What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborate
with sales managers and salespeople to ensure vehicles are ready for sale
and delivery.
- Review used
car inspections and provide accurate, detailed quotes.
- Ensure
approved repairs are completed efficiently and on time.
- Close
completed internal work orders promptly and accurately.
- Balance and
process warranty claims with precision.
- Handle
payroll tasks and write PDI and accessory repair orders.
- Dispatch work
through the shop as required, ensuring smooth operations.
- Manage email
inquiries, send appointment reminders, and handle various internal service
reporting and data collection.
- Perform basic
administrative tasks to keep everything running seamlessly.
Secondary Duties:
- Call
maintenance leads and book appointments with finesse.
- Assist with
incoming calls and schedule repair orders.
- Follow up on
missed appointments and organize shuttle pickups and deliveries.
