We are currently looking to add an Express Service Advisor to our team, in order to assist customers with their Quick-Service needs in a busy, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

·       Professionally welcome and assist customers with requirements to complete Quick-Service work.

·      Direct customers to the appropriate department/personnel that will meet their needs.

·      Answer phones and make appointments.

·      Cashiering.

·      Organize the efforts/schedules of the  Shuttle Drivers.

·       Make recommendations for additional/required service work.

·       Accurately and clearly document information from our clients.

·       Maintain information exchange and updates between customer and technician.

·        Follow all processes, policies and procedures.

·        Committed to Health and Safety quality program.

·        Attend all required meetings and training.

·       Contacting customers; reminding them of required maintenance due and factory recalls.

·       Assisting other Service Advisors with customers and administrative duties.

·       Various administrative duties + filing.

Required Skills and Qualifications

·         Completed grade 12

·         Speak, read and write fluent English.

·         Computer and telephone skills.

·         Valid driver’s license.

·         Physical Demands requirements: Light Duty (Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. on a regular basis)
